Access Bound Forms Issue

Hi All

I have an Access 2002 database where I have forms that are bound to
tables. Usually when I open the forms, the form loads the bound
fields of the first record so that I can see it in the controls on
the
form.


In this one particular form, it does not load the data from the table
consistently. Sometimes I see the bound data, sometimes it is blank.
ALthough I specified the controls in the field to be bound to a field
in a table, it does not always show.


What could be the problem here?


I use a list box to populate a "Site", instead of a combo box on the
other forms.

How do cause this form to open (from button click or some other code)? Do you
have code in more than one place that opens this same form? Does the form's
RecordSource have a query with Where clause? Post the query for anaysis. What
is a 'Site'?
