Access Can't Open JetEngine

I recently upgraded my PC to OUTLOOK 2003. Now when I work
in Access 2000 on my PC the Refernce Library only shows
Outlook 11.0 when I copy the file to my client (who has
Outlook 2000) I get an error "Missing Outlook 11.0" and I
have to reset the Reference to Otlook 9.0 each time.
Is there something I am doing wrong??

Unless you know that all users will have the same version of Outlook, you'll
need to use Late Binding, rather than Early Binding.
