Would Access be able to create customized fields (First
Name, Last Name, Address, Phone, Fax, E-mail) and output a
product that could be published as a hard copy of a

Access would be perfect for this application and it is

fairly easy to work with for someone who has at least
basic computer skills

Certainly; that would be a very simple Report, provided the
information existed in your database in the first place.
