I have a report that has many sub reports that print in the report footers of
the main report. in most of these reports I am summing and or counting things
from queries and displaying only group footers, not the details. many times
at page break the first line of the new page will contain the next group
line, but the totals will contain not only that line's totals, but also the
totals from the last line on the previous page. for instance, one sub reports
"reads" a sorted query and determines which 1 or 2 only (or none) columns of
the 7 available the count should be incremented in. on page break, the last
line of report page 1 prints correctly, and the first line of report page 2
contains the correct next line but the totals from previous page last line
added in the count. all other lines start the count correctly at group break.
any suggestions?
