Access converter 2.0

My company (Sony-Penang) purchase office 2003 and use for
some computer. I try to get help from microsoft but fail
bec the page promt error message said the Product ID i
key in is invalid. I check a few time for the Product ID
and i confirm it is correct. Can any body help me.

Just explained to them that you are looking for an Access 2.0 converter or
have a problem
with the product key
