Access Converter

I download the ACCESS 2002 add-in for EXCEl.. It worked the first time. But
when I open EXCEL again, the data convert to access feature is gone. Where
should I have put the download...? It went into MSOFFICE Library for some
reason. And any other suggestions? THank you.
