Access crashes IIS

Whenever 3 or more people access the same mdb file at the
same on a Windows 2003 server it hoses up. Any other
users trying to get to that URL get a blank screen. I
have to go in and restar IIS. Is there something that can
be configured or updated to prevent this?

Use the database splitter wizard in the tools->database utilities men
Then put the be (back end) on the shared folder and the front end as a thick cllient on each of the users stations, you will have to relink the tables after you transfer the front end - use the "Linked table manager" wizard at the same location to point it to the shared folder where you put the be
This method should gice you good performance for up to 10-15 users, more than that you'll probably start getting degradation
