Access Data Projects (ADP)

I once worked with an option that allowed me to take an existing MDB file and
convert it into an ADP.

For some reason, I can no longer find this option or instructions how to do
it.
The only options are:

1. Connect to an Existing SQL Database
2. Connect to New SQL Database
3. Do not connect to SQL Database

I know I once did this because I have brand new SQL databases that I created
from access using this option. Where can I find documentation on this?
