Access data to Excel

I make a report in Access2000 with a memo field included.I
then run the report and click on the Analyze it with Excel
button, this works ok the data is opened in Excel. The
problem is the Memo field is cut-off once it is in Excel.
Word is ok but Excel gives this problem.
Any suggestions please.
