Access Database and Word Templates and Docs

I want to set up a system that registers each job i need to do, then if
possible be able to select from a list what forms need to be completed
for the specific job and print them out, save them under that client
and refer back to them if need be.
So it is sort of a client database that links to all forms available
and lets me select ones required

Is this remotely possible and how would i find information on how to
set this up.
