Access database build

Does anyone know of some one who is able to build database at low cost as i
am just starting my own business

Nobody can tell you the answer to that without knowing all of your
requirements. If they do I wouldn't trust them.

I agree with Bob about needing to know whether your "vehicle" needs a
windshield (bicycles don't) or needs to float (like boats) or needs to carry
200+ people at the same time (?train, plane, ?!?).

Another approach, however, is to identify the most crucial feature(s) first
and negotiate a mutually-acceptable price (and deliverables) for satisfying
those requirements. If, after getting the first (and most critical)
elements successfully resolved, you wish to continue on, you can negotiate
for the next most critical features, and so on.

Too many times the requirement of "knowing all the requirements" prevents
getting anything started...

You never provide a description of the help you provide. From past
experiences, it is not the help that anyone wants.

These newsgroups are provided by Microsoft for FREE peer to peer support.
There are many qualified people who haunt these newsgroups who would gladly
help for nothing more than a simple Thank You. Of course, Steve Santos, AKA
PCDatasheet, aka Roberta is not one of them. He has been around for several
years providing inadequate and wrong answers in a vieled attempt to get
users to contact him so that he can con them out of money. If he was any
good, like many here, he would not have to solicit work and would have more
than enough clients to provide him work. Unfortuantely it appears he has no
repeat business and must grovel for work here.
