Access database concurrent access

Hi,

I have created a small database file. Currently the file
is on the server. In the file properties i have added the
users for using the file. When i access the file and at
the same time if another user access it, the message
displays the file is locked by another user. How can i
sort out this problem? Is there any limit for users also.

All users of the database need full windows permission on the folder where
the mdb file is.
