Access Database Import

I have created a diagram for my rack configurations, I also have an access
database with information for each piece of equipment in the racks. Is there
any way I can tie them together?

depends what you want to do. The first challange is whether you have
something on the shape that can act as a key when querying what you have in
your access database (usually a network name or a mac address since these
are pretty much cast in stone). You can then export your drawing using the
database wizard to the access database and perform queries there using a
simple join.

I'd like to point out that the new Data Link feature in Visio 2007 is
