Access Database Issues

I downloaded an access database from Microsoft and added some fields.
I've also added the tables but when going back to the form the additional
fields do not show up. Please help

They will not automatically show up.
If you want to add a a field from the form's record source to your form,
create the control, then in the properties dialog, select the data tab,
select the control source, and select the field.

If you don't find the field, then it is likely the form is based on a query
rather than the table. In this case, you will have to modify the query to
include the field.

Open the Form in design view. View its Properties; on the Data tab select the
Recordsource property. Click the ... icon by it. Accept Access' offer to open
the query design window, if it asks.

Add the new fields to the query; close the query window and again accept the
offer to save the SQL.

The fields you've added will now be available and can be added to the form, or
used as the Control Source property of controls if you've already added such.
