Access/Database/Mail Merge for Mass Mailouts

I do mass mailouts for salesmen...I just get XP
Professional...
question: do I use Access, Database for mail merge
purposes?

There is a variety of means to send out mailings.

1. You can create an Access application that gathers, stores and send the
emails.
2. You can create an Access application to do a Mail Merge with Word which
you can then use the "Send To" option to send an email with attachments
(though this is on an individual email basis).
3. FMS has a product that can be used for such a situation:
