Access database

Hi, I have created a small database in access. I have
kept my main form in the start up option and it is
working fine. but i am unable to get rid of the main menu
tool bar which sits at the top of the system. but as an
administrator i need to have the design view tool bar as
i have to make changes to the forms if necessary. but i
dont want that form to be visible to users. can any one
tell me what is the solution for this problem.
