Access DB design - Employees/Supervisors

Hi all,

Hoping someone can help. I want to setup the following relationship:

--Employees, which can be supervisors or non-supervisors, may have one
or more supervisors. Supervisors may also manage one or more
employees.--

Check Access Help on Many-to-Many relationship. In your case, it sounds
like you want a self-join Many-to-Many relationship.

Thanks Van. Access help didn't have much on M:N self-joins. But for
anybody else reading this the following site was pretty
straight-forward.
