Access denied to powerpoint I have created

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)

UNable to open the powerpoint I created -it is indicating that I do not have access priveleges- did not set this up-help-I=how do I get it to open to make adjustments to powerpoint-took a long time to build inthe first place,
