Access denied using Application object

Hi,
I am writing a web application i am trying to instantiate

new ApplicationClass() in my code i started getting

"Access denied" error then i went to my dcomcnfg to provide accesst the
aspnet user .but then i am getting another error saying

Server exection error ComException error
Anyone who has used Visio object model in a asp web application??
