access denied when closing programs

My computer is becoming really slow and will not close
certain programs. I know its b/c of using Kazaa, but
usually you can delete any suspicious programs, spyware.
Pop ups happen at least every 30 seconds-even when I m not
on the net or running Kazaa. The biggest issue is some
programs will not end and when I try to end them I get the
message access denied. Ive cleaned out and defreagmented
the drive many times, but still some music mpgs will not
delete b/c their file name is too long. Im up to 48
processess right now! Ive disabled everything in the start
menu and still the programs will not end. Plus ive been
getting messages saying aproblem has occured with
explorer.exe and the registry is too long. What do I do
before I throw this thing off a cliff! Please help

Download Norton Antivirus and check your computer.
Kazaa (even Kazaa Light) - an open gate to contamination :)
Go to www.download.com and download ad-aware. It will check your computer
and allow you to clean it from the spyware.
