As you know files can be locked when opened by another application. Do you
have the proper permission to the folder that contains the files? If you
browse to the location of the files are there duplicate files with a ~ in
front of them, if so the file may have not been closed properly you will need
to delete the file with the ~. You may want to open a support ticket to help
isolate the cause of the issue.
