Access Denied

somehow I have a file in one of my folders that I cannot delete.
I keep getting access denied and if I look at the properties it says it is a
tmp file
how do I get rid of it please ??

I have had this problem before and what I have found looking at the
properties is that the attributes change to read only and then you get the
access denied message.
Change the attribute to Archive and it should delete then.
I am no expert, maybe there is a reason that tmp file is there and not to be
deleted.
