Running Vista on one machine, networked to one running XP. Have succeeded in
setting all options so that I can see and update all files on either
machine, except when trying from the Vista machine to open an Access
database on the XP machine, I get a message "Microsoft Access cannot open
this file. This file is located outside your intranet or on an untrusted
site. Microsoft Access will not open the file due to potential security
problems. To open the file, copy it to your machine or an accessible network
location."
I can copy the file to the Vista machine and I presume it will open OK
there, but I was wondering if there is something else to turn off to allow
accessing it where it is.
