Access doesn't show any colors!

Josh

We have a user on our site whose MS Access does not show
any colors unless on an image. For instance text color or
label foreground color, all of it shows up either black or
white.

All of his other programs including Windows explorer show
up just fine, and his color depth is set to 32bit,
everything looks great.

What I've figured out so far is that it has to be some
settings in his profile because the same problem carries
with him no matter what PC he logs on to. Also, other
users can log on to his PC and it looks just fine.

So far I've tried emptying out his registry key
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office and importing
in one from a "default" installation, and this did not
work. I also tried deleting all of the .pip files in
%USERPROFILE%\Application Data\Microsoft Office\ and this
didn't work either.

My question is, what file controls these settings and how
can I fix this? Thank you!

Hi Josh,

Set a color property to a system color

Open a form, report, or data access page in Design view (Design view: A
window that shows the design of these database objects: tables, queries,
forms, reports, macros, and data access pages. In Design view, you can
create new database objects and modify the design of existing ones.).
Open the property sheet for the section (section: A part of a form, report,
or data access page such as a header, footer, or detail section.) or
control (control: A graphical user interface object, such as a text box,
check box, scroll bar, or command button, that lets users control the
program. You use controls to display data or choices, perform an action, or
make the user interface easier to read.).
In the property sheet, do one of the following:
In a form or report, click the BackColor, BorderColor, or ForeColor
property.
In a data access page, click the BackgroundColor, BorderColor, or Color
property.
In the property box, type one of the numbers that are listed in the
following table. For example, if you want the background of your form to
display the same color that you or another user uses for the Windows
background color, set the BackColor property to -2147483643, the value for
Window.

Thank You...
