I have an Access database file that has a DSN connection for a cnc program.
my problem is that the user that was setup when the program was installed is
no longer with our company and we set it up for a new user to take his place.
after the setup the user was able to run the program with no problems after
about a day or so the user reports that when he tries to run the report
schedule from the cnc program that an error pops up stating that the SQL
server is not responding. if we go into the ODBC data source administrator to
the system DSN and click on the data source then click on configure then
click ok and ok. close it the program states working fine. Does anyone have
any suggestions on why this would happen and what is a possible fix for this
problem.
