Access E-mail Addresses Alert

I recently updated our Office XP Admin Image to SP# and delivered it to server test machines using SMS. It works successfuly except one machine getting alerts "A program is trying to access e-mail addresses you have stored in Outlook. Do you want to allow this..." every time she reply to a mail. I have virus scan both on my Exchange server and desktop and there are no virus. Would you please let me know what it is and how can I by past this alert message.

SP3, not SP4. See http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/ol2000sp3.htm#problems
for applications likely to be causing this prompt.
