Access E-mail Scrip/DAP website

I am relatively new to Access VPA and dynamic webpage's, but I am
trying to work on a script in access what will send out personalized
e-mails to a given query in access. The thing is both the query and
the query criteria will need to have the ability to vary every time the
script is run. There are two current organizations I am a part of that
would benefit from such a script, one being my high schools alumni
association. Potential queries that exist in this database are year
graduated, college attended, employer, major, major and college
attended, ect. What I would like the script to be able to do is for
example send an e-mail out to all people who meet the criteria for a
specific query just as you would the query returned to you from Access.
Such examples would be all people who went to college Y and got degree
X or just a query of all students who went to college Y. I have been
working at this on and off for a few months and have found some
resources online, but still lack a lot of the skills needed to make the
script actually run as I would like it to. Once this database is
working correctly we hope to put it online so that when people move or
change their e-mails or other contact information they themselves have
the ability to change it.

I realize this is probably something a little too challenging for a
beginner to start off with, and I am sorry of my post was a little
long, confusing, but I would appreciate any help you guys could give
me.
