When receiving mail using Outlook 2002 on XP Home Edition, I occasionally get
the message: "A program is trying to access e-mail addresses you have stored
in Outlook. Do you want to allow this?"
I do have Norton Anti-spam installed, and the Symantec site notes this
problem is related to SP3 for Outlook which I DO have installed and says that
2004 updates to the "Anti Spam core" from Symantec will fix this. These
updates were long ago installed and I've checked for other updates from
Symantec, but my Norton is up to date. I use the Live Update feature.
How do I find out which program is trying to do this?
I did a search through the discussions on this topic and several others have
queried on this same problem. None of the responses were relevant to this
case.
What is my next step?
