Access emailing problems

Tim Garrett

Hi

My first post so sorry if this is stupid or in the wrong
category.

I am using office pro 2000 with win xp home (sp2). I use
some software that works on access to quote / invoice my
customers. The problem occurs when is try to email a
quote from access which links in to outlook. A seperate
window is opened and a .rtf file is attached to the
email, the email address is populated from the access
database and everything is ok until I click send. I then
get the following error message:

Microsoft Access for Windows has encountered a problem
and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

The only options open to me are to send or not send an
error report or to look at the data - the error signiture
reads:

AppName: msaccess.exe AppVer: 9.0.0.6620 ModName:
unknown
ModVer: 0.0.0.0 Offset: 5a906a03

Following this both Access and Outlook close down and I
have to open them both up again.

Any ideas would be gratefull apreciated, but I am affraid
I dont know if this is a macro problem, a security
setting problem or something else. I have the same
programe on another machine and everything is ok and the
guys who supply the software say they have not heard of
it.

Sorry to ramble, help, please

you can email me direct at
