Access error 3197

When I try to open my access database,system report this
error message:
¡°The Microsoft Jet database engine stopped the process
because
you and another user are attempting to change the same
data at the same time¡±

My Jet engine already 4.0,what can I do to open my
database?
Who know how to resolve this problem ,thx a lot.

Possibly, there are corruptions in your database.
