Don P.
Access 2000 as part of Office 2000 on Windows 98 SE.
When I attempt to open access, I get an error dialog box
saying:
Can't find the database you specified, or you
didn't specify a database at all.
Specify a valid database name in the command line,
and indicate a path if necessary.
Clicking OK closes the dialog box and the access program.
While the dialog box is open I can't get to access help.
I would expect to get the Microsoft access dialog box
offering me to create a new database or to open an
existing database.
Any Ideas as to why I am not getting the normal access
dialog box, and how I can restore normal oeration?
Access has never run on this machine before.
Thanks, Don P.
