Access Error: Internet Security Zone Manager is missing

I have an access database shared on the network. But for
some reason, I am unable to open it, and it just happened
earlier today. There are no changes that were made to the
computer that I am aware of, but I get the following error:

"Microsoft Access cannot open file.

The Internet Security Zone Manager is missing or not
correctly installed and therefore the safety of this file
cannot be verified.

To address this problem, reinstall Microsoft Internet
Explorer or the appropriate Office System Pack."

What can I do to fix this?
