access error

I upgraded from office 2000 to office xp when I did so I
would recieve an error message when I tried to use access
database on the local server.

The error message said.

Microsoft Access cannot open this file.

This file is located outside your intranet or on an
untrusted site. Microsoft Access will not open the file
due to potential security problems.

To open the file, copy it to your machine or an accessible
network location.


How do I over ride the security setting so that it will
open the access data base.
