Access Error

I am running Access 2003 on a Terminal Server(2003). Office and 2003 Server
are up to date.

When I start Access I get the following message, "Access failed to start
correctly last time. Starting in Safe Mode...

If I click NO to not start in safe mode the program works fine.

Could not find any KB articles on this.
