Access Event Error 11729

[bmoore.personal]

My system had Access 2000 and 2003 installed. After I finished
upgrading a database to 2003 I uninstalled 2000. Now when I lauch 2003,
it runs through the install and completes but Access never opens. I
tried repairing it but get and error which is loged as:
