Access Exporting to RTF

We recently purchased new HP D330 & DC5000. We are using
XP with all the latest SP's & patches. We are also using
MS Office Pro with all the latest SP's & patches. When I
export an Access file to an RTF format I lose information
in the conversion on these new machines. We also have
older HP Vectra's, Compaq Ipaq's, Compaq Deskpro's and
Gateway's using the same software and patches. The RTF
conversion is fine on those machines. Any ideas ????
