Access.FileLock.9

In explorer I have a file type of
Access.filelock.9 on a particular database. How do I
determine culprit locking the database and how do I
remove
this lock from the database.

This file should disappear by itself when the database is closed.
(Or the last user exits the database, if it's multi-user.)
The last user must have delete permissions in the folder where the database
is stored.

The presence of the file does not by itself mean that no other users can
open it.

If users have ended their database use abnormally (e.g. turning off the
machine with the database open), you may need to reboot the machine to
release the ldb file lock.
