Access find wizard and issues

I don't seem to be able to find the Find Duplicates
Wizzard. I've made sure all the additional wizzrds were
loaded but still can't find the tool.

Also, my create query and create using wizard functions
don't function unless I go to the tool bar and click on
the NEW icon?

Help!
