ACCESS for a Dictionary

I would like to see a template in ACCESS for a creating Glossary/Dictionary.

I would like to see a template in ACCESS for a creating
Glossary/Dictionary.

Three tables:

Words(*WordID, TextOfWord) // unique index on TextOfWord too

Meanings(*MeaningID, Definition)

Usages(*WordID, *MeaningID, NotesOnUsage, DateFirstUsed, etc)
