mail

I have Office 2004 on my mac (powerbook pro, OS.X 10.4.10) and use
Excel a lot, but now need a good relational database to manage more
complex problems. is there a version of Access or other relational
database for the Mac? It looks like there is, but can't find details,
and can i get it as an add-on or upgrade, without having to buy the
whole Office package ?

There's no Access for Mac, and likely never will be.

You can run WinAccess in Virtual PC or Bootcamp/Parallels

You can use ODBC to access an Access database using XL.

Hi,

John is correct. Here's a more specific link about how to use Office 2004
as a fully Relational database:

If you have further questions about this please post them in this forum.
