Access for Russia

We have a good working Access 2003 application. This has to be implemented in
Russia. We set the language on Russia in the Regional setting and also the
non-Unicode to Russia
Starting the application we get the error "NR: 7 Out of memory"
The error occurs on the moment a form is being filled with a recordset that
has been retrieved from an Orscla database using ADODB.
I already searched on the Internet but could not find anything interresting.
Any one a clue?

Check whether the latest service packs for Access and Jet (MDAC) are
installed:

And check Office Update:

http://office.microsoft.com/officeupdate/

Also I would create a *.mdb and import all objects/menusbars/imex's to
exclude corruption as a source of your problem.

Another problem could be that you are using a lot of objects in your
code without proper clean-up (Set objRef = Nothing).

Thanks for your answer. Unfortunately this was not the answer. My system is
fully up to date.
Looking still for answers.
