Access Form Issue

I inherated a access file from outside contractor and have the following
puzzle? I have a form that I can see all various controls (boxes, labels,
text) in design view, but when I view in non-design view all I get is a blank
form all white? If I add a control box to the form header, which was closed
up and unused when I got the file then I see that added control, but still
not the ones in the detail area? I have tried switching the form background
color to orange, which the form again just shows all orange background but no
controls are visible? The file is shared on a network, and works on other
PCs? Sounds like a PC/Access setup issue, any ideas?

Also, are you sure there's data? If you have no data, then you'll end up
with a blank page. Can you see data in the tables?
