Access Form window options

Hi

I'm trying to setup the Access form Window size options
and exact window position on the upper right side of the
desktop.when I do StartUp for my Access program for the
form window it displays with access file menu window at
the background.what type of code should be used in OnLoad
event to display only the FormWindow without menubar and
window should be positioned on upper right side of the
desktop.
please try to give me some suggestions as soon as you can
coz like I had to do this ASAP.
