Access Form with Parameter to connect to SQL Server stor proc

Hey,
I am new at this. I need to create a form with
parameters, the user has to enter the parameter and once
it is entered it has to go to that stor procedure which is
in SQL Server and populate the form. How should i do this.
I would greatly appreciate if someone could help me out .
