Access Forms-Columnar Records

Is it possible to store three different columnar records on one form
or report page.

The existing spreadsheet forms created in Word have three vertical columns
each holding a different record. The labels for each field are also in a
vertical colmun on the left side of the form.

Any suggestions appreciated.
