Access freezes up but works in design mode...

I have an application with several queries and several reports that has been
working fine until today. Suddenly certain queries and reports will not run
and Access freezes up. If I load the query in design mode, it will run. But
if I select it from the database window or the switchboard, it will not run.

Anyone have any idea why this is so?

At times like this, nothing beats a good backup. In fact make a complete
backup of your database now and put it away for safe keeping.

Thanks Jerry,
but today things have changed...
I have multiple backups and a four of my many reports would not run
yesterday on any of the computers in the network. Neither would those same
reports in the backup copies.

Today, all work on my computer but not anyone else's...

My network must be inhabited by gremlins.
