Access from LAN

My wife has Office 2003 Home Office.
I have Office 2000 Professional

We are connected via a home LAN.

Is there any way she can run an Access application without paying $109.00 ?

No. Not unless you let her use your machine for the access work. She will
not be able to run it on her machine.
