Access frontend SQL backend - error

I have an Access database with as SQL backend. There is an error on two
records which will not allow me to edit or delete the records. I've
attempted to delete the records last night while I was the only one in the
entire company working. There were no locking files open on the server.
Error message: "The Microsoft jet database engine stopped the process because
you and another user are attempting to change the same data at the same time"

Any suggestions?

You can get that message if YOU are using the record at the same time you are
attempting to delete it.

For instance, if the record is open on a form and is dirty, then you try to
delete the record, you will get the message.

Beyond that I'm not sure of any other reason. It is possible that the table
