Access & FrontPage Question

Hello -

I have an MS Access database that I would like to add
animation, among other things, to and have been told that
I should look into doing this in FrontPage.

I don't know ANYTHING about FrontPage, let alone how to
get started with this, if it is an acceptable option.

Is it possible to "hook" an Access database to FrontPage
and have it work properly? Do you need to be in a
client/server environment or can I just do this on my
local PC?

If anyone could provide any guidance, I would greatly
appreciate it!!
