Access Has Encountered an Error and Must Close

I have a multi user Database in Access 2003. When 2 of the user's try to
import from Excel to one of the tables, they get the error msg "Microsoft has
encountered an error and must close down". However, there are 2 other users
who are successful at importing the same data. Any ideas?
